Expected Results Using Our Rolling Oil:

  • Excellent steel sheet surface cleanliness, free from oil stains and annealing edge carbon.
  • Post-rolling strip surface reflectivity averages ≥75%, with residual oil and ironare≤200mg/m².
  • Post-annealing surface carbon residue <4mg/m², surface reflectivity >90%, with no edge carbon or oil stains.
  • 100% zinc coating adhesion after hot-dip galvanizing via ammonia decomposition atmosphere heat treatment.
  • Rolling oil consumption: 0.1–0.3 kg/ton of steel.
  • Iron powder content in emulsion <130mg/L; ash content <200mg/L
